Mr. Thomas Killeen Thomas J. Killeen is a partner in the law firm of Farrell Fritz, P.C., where he concentrates his practice in corporate law on behalf of public and private business organizations, not-for-profit organizations, financial institutions, hospitals, healthcare providers, school districts and municipalities. Mr. Killeen is admitted to practice in New York, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Federal Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Claims and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. Mr. Killeen serves on the Nassau County Bar Association’s Ethics Committee, Corporation Law Committee and the Speakers Bureau. He is a Life Fellow of the New York Bar Foundation. He has an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating. A member of the New York State and American Bar Associations, Mr. Killeen has been a moderator/panel member/speaker at several American, Nassau County and Suffolk County Bar Association programs, St. John’s University School of Law Continuing Legal Education programs, other Continuing Legal Education programs, and various business, charitable and civic association meetings and events. In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Killeen serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Community Development Corporation of Long Island and CDCLI Funding Corporation; a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation; a member of Hofstra University’s Honors College Advisory Board; an affiliate board member of the Nassau Physicians’ Foundation; a member of the Board of Directors of the Long Island Community Chest; the Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of the Patriot Group, Inc.; a participant in the Volunteer Lawyers initiative for the Diocese of Rockville Centre-based Catholic Charities; and a mentor to the Long Island Elite. Mr. Killeen attended college and law school on full academic scholarships. He received his J.D. from St. John's University Law School, where he was Managing Editor of the St. John's Law Review. He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from St. Francis College, where he is active in alumni organizations.
