Mr. Paul J. Salerno Paul J. Salerno has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1984 and has 23 years experience in public accounting. He has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, services and healthcare products. He concentrates his efforts on Middle Market companies, with revenues of less than $500 million. Paul becomes intimately familiar with his client’s operations and business needs and his clients have come to rely on his practical business guidance and assistance in meeting their business objectives. Paul has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and has helped his clients complete over 12 acquisitions over the last three years. During that period, he has taken three clients through the initial public offering process and has helped raise over $500 million through high yield debt offerings. Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a former Chairman of the Committee on Corporation with Bankers and Other Credit Grantors of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Nassau Chapter. Paul is also a co-founder and current chairman of the C. W. Post Center for Family Business and is a founding member of the Long Island Volunteer Center and Long Island Volunteer Enterprise. He has written a number of articles and has been quoted in the local media on Family Business Succession Planning and the Initial Public Offering process.
