Jeffry Cohen started his hospitality career as the desk clerk at the Duncan Hotel, the oldest hotel in New Haven, CT, rising to the ranks of General Manager.  Jeff then work at Holiday Inn, Hilton and Danfords Inn, as Director of Hotel Sales.  Partnering with  Steve Kirschbaum, they opened The Weeping Willow Catering and Conference facility in October 1996 adding such prestigious clientele as Briarcliff College, Polytechnic University, the Peconic River Queen and the United States Processing and Distribution Plant in Melville, NY. To their cafeteria and concession business.  All the while Jeff is active in many charities on Long Island  including FREE, LI Works and many others.

Jeff recently joined Birthrite.
